treenaThrough almost three decades of working as a preschool teacher, I have seen more children emerging with learning and behavioural difficulties which first led me to study Psychology.

Along the way I was introduced to Kinesiology and saw the great effects that it had, not only on client’s overall wellbeing, but also on their capacity to learn and self esteem.

I was attracted to this modality because it covers so many areas of health and wellbeing, it is non- intrusive, effective and improvements can be perceived relatively quickly.

In addition to my kinesiology repertoire, I also have training in Sensory Motor Psychotherapy which is a body based therapy dealing with trauma.
